As well as the rent you may also be required to make the following permitted payments:
Before the tenancy starts (payable to Sussex Letting Centre)
Holding Deposit: 1 weeks rent (This is used towards the full security deposit should the tenancy go ahead)
Security Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent (To cover damage or defaults by the tenant(S) during the tenancy)
During the tenancy (payable to Sussex Letting Centre)
Payment of £50.00 if you want to change/make a variation to the tenancy agreement
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent- Rental payments overdue by more than 14 days will be subject to interest at the rate of 3% over the Bank of England Base Rate calculated from the date the payment was due up until the date payment is received.
Payment of the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices
Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy
